I understand that anyone who furnishes false or misleading information or omits information relating to this certification may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties, including fines and imprisonment.

Further, the products being mailed, sold, purchased, or delivered, are solely derived from industrial hemp, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill Section 7606(b)(2), and do not contain more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahyDrocannabinol (delta-9 THC) on a dry weight basis. Hemp was grown legally in a state or jurisdiction where such cultivation is permissible.
